1. DLT Registration Mandate

All business entities sending promotional or transactional SMS in India must possess valid Principal Entity (PE) DLT registration and whitelisted content templates.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

Sending unsolicited spam, offensive content, phishing links, or unverified financial claims is strictly prohibited. Violation will lead to immediate account termination without refund.

3. SLA & Route Availability

While we guarantee 99.99% system availability, delivery latency may vary depending on mobile network operator coverage and subscriber device availability.
