We collect necessary account details including company name, billing email, phone number, TRAI DLT registration IDs, and API authentication tokens required to deliver enterprise communications.
Message contents and recipient numbers are processed solely for transmission via telecom operator gateways or Meta Cloud APIs. We enforce end-to-end TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit.
Delivery reports (DLR logs) are retained for compliance auditing in accordance with TRAI regulations. We do not sell or share phone number databases or customer contact lists to third parties under any circumstances.
