This guide will help you seamlessly add a telemarketer in the Jio DLT portal for the PE-TM binding process. If you are registered as a principal entity on Jio DLT, follow these steps to ensure complete compliance.
To create a PE-TM mapping chain on the Jio DLT portal, log in and go to My Telemarketer > My SMS Telemarketer. Click New Chain, search for Telemarketer ID 1702157373640103575 (SMSINDIAHUB), select it, and click Create. After TM approval, submit a final request on the DLT panel to complete the process.
Once the entire PE-TM > TM > TM > TMD chain is defined, both the Telemarketer (TM) and Telemarketer Distributor (TMD) must approve the chain to ensure strict compliance with TRAI regulations.

Follow these exact steps within your Jio DLT portal dashboard to successfully establish your Principal Entity to Telemarketer chain.
Access your Jio DLT account using your registered Principal Entity credentials.
Click on “My Telemarketer” from the menu and select “My SMS Telemarketer”.
Click on the “New Chain” button to begin the mapping process.
Search the telemarketer ID by entering the official SMSINDIAHUB ID:
Note: The telemarketer name will automatically show up as SMSINDIAHUB.
Select the Telemarketer ID 1702157373640103575 from the search results.
Click "Create". The initial status of the chain will display as “pending”.
After SMSINDIAHUB (TM) approves the initial request, the Principal Entity must log back into the DLT Portal and request final approval on the DLT panel to complete the chain.
